HI there! Im Sara, a Charleston based wedding photographer. Im originally from Memphis, TN but Charleston has been my home for 5 years now   ( I have grown to really LOVE this place, and I'm kind of obsessed)!  I love traveling near and far photographing weddings and meeting amazing people! I have my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography with a minor in Art HIstory and I enjoy life with my husband and 9 year old son who are the greatest people on the planet.

Photography is what I do. It's not a job to me, its a new adventure with new people every time I pick up my camera. I love raw moments. To me it's about being genuine and being in the moment rather than being overly posed. I believe that its more than just the picture, it's about the expirience and having a blast. I love caputring the human connection. Those messy, unpredictable, beautiful moments are what it;s all about. I want to make those memories tangible so you can remember the exact way you felt are your groom first laid eyes on you as his bride. With that being said I want you to be able to trust me enough to let into your intimate moment. (I'm also more than a photographer. I'm a personal dress fluffer and makeup/hair fixer, a coordinator, and  a calm voice !)
